spring cleaning whole noon till night.. climbing up n down the ladder countless time.. sweating all over.. phew.. haha.. ended at around 8pm.. didnt have dinner.. n went for bball.. been so long i run around.. haha.. call up some of them to ply tgt.. cuz i don have the ball.. xiao ken, shiling n chris.. xiao ken growing taller n get to score more.. shiling accurate as usual.. chris stil easily angry like always.. haha.. anyway all improved.. lol.. then from no where.. i came up with tis layup.. n i did sth tat they "WOW".. but tats onli like 3sec shiok.. cuz i think i sprain my back.. wth~ HAHAHA! bu ren lao dou bu xing.. hahah.. last time when i start playin bball.. around 16? hmm.. play from 4.30 - 10.. oso feel nth.. play frmo 7am-10pm then wll tired.. now i reali c a different in age when im 20+.. cuz i play from 8pm-10pm.. i need to rest for like 3-4days due to muscle ache.. its ture leh.. kua zhang rite.. haha.. i think i need to exe more la.. canot everyday sit infront com... hahaha.. anyone wan join mi excerise ? lol
