Woohoo I'm back as hired! Previous post i mention that I'm looking for a job, N tarda! Being working for 2mths already. Fast huh, lol. It's a engineering job which require me to sweat once awhile. So far so good, free transport every morning, the people r nice n easy to communicate too. Willing to teach n I appreciate the chance given to me. I somehow felt comfortable with what I have now. Contented ^^ people ask if this is a job or career. I replied with job but I guess it's career as I have the intention of climbing the ladder. Not the cooperate ladder but the income ladder.. Whahah! :D

I'm actually typing this on a plane to Bali n back to Singapore. 2.5hrs flight, D is sleeping n I just try to occupy myself to keep myself calm cuz the plane is shaking a lot! LOL

D had been v nice to me by controlling her temper, which I feel very xinfu that she did it for me. I'm happier n I appreciate her change which made me wan to give more too. Being saving up for a particular thing n I'm halfway there. So excited about it :D

Lastly! Of cuz I still work out, it's in my blood yo! Hahah. With a couple of neighbours, we r so devoted in getting our desire result. We picked up p90x n I'm already seeing result. I didn't take weekly photo cuz still look the same? Just feel stronger. Hahah. We still looking forward for hot bod. Just dunno when's the date line for us. Hahah

the legend Bruce Lee(my dad's idol) playing table tennis(my dad's fav sport) with Nunchucks. He play pretty well didn't he, indeed he is the legend. Perhaps they can have a section of martial arts table tennis for competition. =D

Ok back to my workout. I actually took photos of myself after working out as a motivation and for keeping track, but I do not dare to post online yet. Abs not define enough yet. Maybe when I'm confident enough then I will show off some. Hahaha! Been trying to change some routine here and there, as I was getting bored doing the same 3 exercises everyday. I doesn't know when I can upgrade my routine so I just try out new things. Edited the pull up to pull up with leg lift. Something similiar with what HFK is doing, but that's his warm up. Hahah. Surprise I can do it. All the training didn't go to waste. The dip is still dip, just that I lean forward a little. Normal push up to one legged push up. So that's 1 set. I could only do 2 sets of 10/10/20. hahah! Maybe I should put up a short video of my routine, in future.
*Not trying to show off, but to get comments on where I can improve on. 

Alright, interview again, went to many agency for form fillings and etc. It just stuck there. No companies had call me. =C The interview I went at True Fitness, I guess it's gone. Didn't call me back till today. So hard to find jobs nowadays. My friends are saying Recruit Express are no good. Well, let's see what they can surprise me. I will spread the awareness if they get me a job. -pray hard-

Recently life's changing, my friends saying they are tired of just meeting out for dinner, we do not have any outing other than dinner. No guys nights out, no more relaxing in pub, no more anything and everything. Quite true thou. Is he becoming more out going or us being boring. I think is us being boring. Party once awhile isn't that bad i guess. So who's gonna plan? I hope its not me, I haven been to pub for the longest. Lol. Well, on the other hand, D got so angry because of the things that I did not do. Many small details that I miss out. And even angry as I hide the fact that my nose was bleeding badly. I really doens't want her to worry and pull me to the doctor. It's hurtful when she says tired of this relationship. I'm lost, I doesn't know what more I can do. All I can do is write in my own blog(forever alone) where there isn't any visitor at all. I really cherish everything about us. Haiz, a lie is a lie, be it good or bad. True, the judge give another sentence for stating the false too. I'm a bad bf. =c

Yo! same thing, workout first, follow by jobs and others. =D

Doesn't know why I've got so much to say here. Did a few set of my routine at the fitness corner downstair. Pull up, Dips and Push up was a standard routine everyday, only did 5 sets of those and really got me tired out. hahah.. Well, I could do 5sets now compare to 3 at the start. I aim for 8. My routine consist of 10-14 pull ups, 10-14 dips and 20-24 push ups with no rest in between. And rest about 1min between sets. I would do some extra exercise I have the time, I will do some core workouts, not much, just 10 leg lift for the packs and 10 side leg lift for the oblique for about 3-5 sets. After training for some time, I could finally do some muscle up. It's fulfilling. Haha! Need more training to do a standard one. Next will be forward lever and human flag which consist of super core work. Hopefully by then, I have really nice abs =D hahah. Ok, why these 5 exercise is because, when I'm old usually legs get weaken first, I might be sitting on a wheelchair, and the motion I need to move myself from the chair to the bed consist of arm and core strength. I would like to remind those training out there, don't forget your core! :)

About yesterday's interview, nothing special thou, waiting for them to call for 2nd interview. There's basic + sales commission + service commission. It's a very big gym I will say. Do give me a feeling to workout right away. hahah. At first I though interviewing need to show some exercising move, but we only sat down and chat and that' all, maybe during 2nd interview. Hopefully I get this job ya. :)

Some other staff to talk about. Went to d's house last night, play with her niece, she's growing so fast. Watch her from crawling to standing up to 10sec to climbing up the bed and to the floor. She's really adorable with the big eyes, every time she made her aunt angry, she stares at them with the blur look, her eyes don blink at all, and she did a smile and laugh her way, makes everyone forget about the anger. Hahah. I wish my daughter have big eyes too in future when I have one. Hahah!

Did some P90X abs ripper today. Really got me ripped. I thought I was going to die there. Hahah. It is always good to work out together with friends. Help support and motivate each other. I guess working out is the only challenge that everyone wins. For e.g. He did 11 pullups but I only did 10. I lost in a way, but I gain from the 10 reps, I don't really loss. =D I want my packs so badly.

Well, apart from writing workout all the time. I wanna share something with the peeps. I was on a crowded train, and the Caucasian lady beside me accidentally step on my foot. It's not painful thou, so I just shift my foot away. Noticing that, she turn to me and say "I'm so sorry" politely. Wow, it's been a long time since I receive such an apology. I can feel that she really mean it from her heart that she's sorry. Hmmm, I think if she's a local, she will just ignore or just a casual sorry? and if the one been step on the foot is a local, will he/shel stare back with a don't touch me look? Hahah. it's just my guessing as I seen many doing that. Sometimes it's just funny to see such reaction. Anyway, are the Caucasians too polite? or did we local lose our politeness due to the fast moving economic and the temperature here? If everyone in town practice patient with politeness, we will be a better country. Much better.

As always, applying for jobs, receive a call to this noon to go for interview. Finally there is an interview for me to go. It's at Chevron House, interviewing for a personal trainer position in True Fitness. Wish me luck! =)

Looking online for a job to send resume. Being doing the same thing for a month. Still not much of reply and only a few calls from agent. Is is really so hard for a dip to find a job nowadays? really need degree? if I take degree now and graduate in 3 years time, will degree be hard to find job as they looking for phd and staff? I don have 3 years. I only request for an admin job, why still took so long to find one. Hmm, maybe I set my expected salary a little too high for an admin job. Share see how it goes.

Met up with an old friend. He's looking for a job as well. Looking back for an accounting job, he said "I hate accounting but that's the only thing I know" quite negative thou, he will never find happiness in life that way. I hope he can look deeper in himself to do something for a happier life.

But how can we define happy? A friend said " Heart Body Soul fulfillment"
Heart: Like the brain. Some say heart is connected to brain. Meaning you learn new things everyday, you are challenged.
Body: Means exercise makes you feel good, don't fall sick easily. Gives you energy.
Soul: For some is religion. For me no religion, Is to teach others things that I know, to help, to nurture, to give.
When your heart body soul is fulfilled. You feel happy.
Well said, very well said. And if you notice, all this 3 do not have money in it. I guess there are many types of happiness. Am I happy? Have I found mine? Maybe for me, the ideal happiness I want is to have a income with a good health and love ones around me. I guess I'll be satisfy with that for time being.

I went for the core training last night. Was too tired to post afterwards and went to bed straight. Who knows, suddenly i woke up in the middle of the night n couldn't go back to sleep. lol

Ok, here are the exercises i did last night. Thanks to my neighbor, Yujun, he brought us for a short run. Real short. About 100m only, did a 5 time sprint within 8mins. omg, i almost drop dead. hahah. It was so intense that i felt so jelly. lol. Walk back to our blocks as a resting time. Did some core routine from P90X at the fitness corner. Damn! its the killer! Totally knock out the 3 of us. hahaha. A bit of pull up n push up afterwards and end of exercise. Phew. I'm aching everywhere, my abs especially. My lower back (as if someone sit on it when i do pushup). My tights and butt area feel aches when I try to sit. Shoulder blades too.

As mention in the earlier post, I got motivated to have a better core, not just 6packs but core. I think it is important as we need core in almost everything we do. I'm consider lucky, my family abs are clearer without much training, but somehow I think its because I am skinny, it should be clearer if I put in the afford to train. My neighbor, Yujun, mention his target is to get in to Hot Bods in Sunday paper. Well, i guess my target was set by him too. Need not enter, somewhere there will do. hahah! Join us and work out for free together!

Many people around me trying to lose weight. They ask me " Do I lose more weight if I sweat more?", seriously I don't really know, all I know is sweating means losing water from body, so we lost weight when we loss water from body, we became lighter in a way. But it it just a temporary weight lost, we gain back when we hydrate ourselves and/or by food we intake. That's all I know. So does sweating more help to lose more weights? Here's the answer I found on wiki answer.


Working out harder or working out in a hotter place will increase sweating. Sweating results in water loss and that will, therefore, cause us to lose weight. But there's a catch. (Isn't there always?) Unless an individual is over-hydrated, that person is just going to get uncomfortably thirsty working to sweat off pounds by virtue of water loss. (The value of working to sweat off pounds is in the working of the muscles to generate the heat to sweat. Working muscles means burning calories. If one just sits in a sauna, forget that.) Consider that many more people in the U.S. than one might guess are dehydrated because we simply don't drink enough water of because we consume all those other things we drink that aren't just plain water and that actually don't quench thirst. If the weight loss is just short term, what the heck. How many high school wrestlers jog in place while on a bus trip to a match so they can lose weight to slip into a lower weight class to wrestle? But sweating off the pounds is just that. Most of the effort goes for nothing because within a short period thirst will drive the person to (at the very least) a drinking fountain, if not to a local convenience store and the cold drinks. Consider why one needs to lose just the few pounds that sweating out water will deliver and whether it might be better to undertake a little more involved a program of diet modification and exercise to make a permanent change on one's weight.

Yo YO YO! I suddenly rmb i have a blog! n feel like posting again. Last post was 2yrs ago! LOL!! Too many things happen during this 2yrs. I will just do a quick run through a little.

ORD-ed n started looking for a job. Got into a shipping company as customer service. Did only awhile n i left to a marketing company set-up by my school mates. I learn alot there, we do road shows, deployment to events, pasting brands sticker on singpost outlet entrance. I had fun through out the learning process. A few months later I tot of doing delivery, its so nice of them giving me their full support in everything. Most of the sales r linked by them too. Did for a yr plus, many educated experienced people around me told me i cant do this for life as it wont get me anywhere. I started to felt tired too, body weaken day by day, suddenly my nose starts to bleed, i didnt go to a doc as i might be too heaty. But the interval between 2 bleeds is getting nearer, once every few mths to once every 4 days, got me so worried. I do not dare to face the fact so i insist not going to doc. Instead, i took up a insurance policy trying to backup my family if anything happen to me. I couldnt let go my business, so i decided to expand by hiring. Month after month, only 1 came, did a few days and he quit. I guess singaporean guys cant take tough work anymore. chi bu liao ku. hahah. I can feel my body straining, nose keep bleeding but i love my job and the sales is good, high demand as well. I in the middle where i should close n take care of my health. Another month pass, our major client mention they want to save budget by cutting off delivery services. Thats when i decided to stop, my friend side is still doing good but no slots for me so i will do sth else to survive. Well, im glad enough that i have the opportunity to do business with friends, im satisfy that i was once a boss n i have 1 employee, for 5 days. hahahah. People doesnt know i close down for my health, i just say that economic is bad. =) good experience, great personal gain.

Meanwhile, D and i took a bto at cck area. sth that i look forward to, a greater step to our future, a place of our own. im excited every time i think of this. =D

Starting of 2013, tried out quite alot of different business idea but didnt work out right. So, guai guai look for job get a fix monthly pay ba, i got a flat to worry about. Agent called, but my application stops there, i guess the company doesnt want me. Introduce by friends to work in school, hopefully got sth out from there. Pretty free this month as i only look for jobs and go for interviews. Perhaps my lifestyle has turn better, my nose stop bleeding. its a good trade thou, business for health. Started working out when im free, doing pull up, dips, push up and some core. It gets boring doing the same thing over n over. Search online to get some motivation n moves for workouts. Found this video Hannibal for king(H4K), i was like "OMG ! HOW he do it n how he get that shape?", incredible. I like this quote by him

Yeah! I tot pull up was easy, but i cant do any of his exercises. hahah! This is Calisthenics workout, intended to increase body strength and flexibility with movements such as bending, jumping, swinging, twisting or kicking, using only one's body weight for resistance. It actually save me a lot on time and money. Since the Community here build a fitness corner near my block, there is no excuse not to use it. =D till i get a job, i will b working out almost every night, hopefully to get my packs back in shape too.
